TRANSFORM YOUR BUILDING MANAGEMENT
Experience Unified Data at Your Fingertips
Centralized & Vendor Agnostic Data Aggregation
Prizm Connect unifies BMS and OT data from multiple systems and buildings into a single, standardized database regardless of manufacturer or protocol. It eliminates data silos and simplifies system-wide access.
Structured Time-Series Data for Analysis
The platform captures real-time point values, units, alarm states, and event timestamps in consistent 5-minute intervals. This structure enables accurate historical analysis, trend tracking, and reporting.
Scalable and Flexible Deployment
Built to scale from a single building to large enterprise portfolios. Data can be stored on-premises, in your cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), or in PrizmOne’s hosted TimescaleDB, all securely deployed and managed.
Integration Ready Architecture
The normalized dataset can be easily integrated into third-party platforms like Grafana, FDD tools, analytics engines and business intelligence dashboards, or used natively by PrizmOne.
Automated Data Standardization
Inconsistent naming, unit formatting and metadata from different systems are automatically cleaned and standardized, creating a reliable foundation for automation, insights and reporting.

-
What is Prizm Connect?Prizm Connect is a data collection engine that gathers real-time building automation system data across your facilities. It normalizes point names, alarm data, units, and timestamps into a unified database that can be used for analysis, reporting, and integration.
-
What systems are compatible with Prizm Connect?Prizm Connect is vendor-agnostic, supporting a wide range of BMS and OT platforms like WebCTRL, EcoStruxure, Alerton, Tridium, and more.
-
Is there a user interface?A full web-based dashboard and HMI interface is currently in development and will be released soon. For now, the system is fully usable via data exports, SQL queries, and integrations with third-party platforms like Grafana, Tableau or fault detection systems.
-
Can I integrate Prizm Connect data with other tools?Yes, you can connect our database to BI dashboards, fault detection platforms, and custom applications. Our database structure is optimized for querying and integration.
-
Can Prizm Connect scale with my needs?Absolutely, Prizm Connect is designed to scale across multiple buildings, campuses, and portfolios. Start small and expand at your own pace.
-
How is my data stored with Prizm Connect? We use PostgreSQL with TimescaleDB, optimized for handling time-series building data. Storage options include on-site infrastructure, hybrid setups, your own cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP), or PrizmOne’s fully hosted TimescaleDB.
-
What is PrizmOne?PrizmOne is a cloud-based SaaS application designed to visualize and manage environmental and operational data from your Building Management System (BMS). It offers dashboards, HMI views, and real-time metrics for mechanical systems and critical spaces. Key features include centralized alarm monitoring, advanced reporting, energy forecasting, air quality insights, executive summaries, and system-wide analytics — all in one intuitive interface.
-
How do Prizm Connect and PrizmOne differ?Prizm Connect is our data aggregation engine, collecting and standardizing real-time BMS and OT data across your facilities. It unifies point names, alarm metadata, units, and timestamps into a structured database. PrizmOne, on the other hand, is the front-end interface that uses this data to offer dashboards, HMI, reporting tools, forecasting, and analytics. Simply put, Prizm Connect powers the backend, while PrizmOne delivers the insights.
-
What functionalities does PrizmOne have?PrizmOne offers a comprehensive suite of tools for managing building performance, including: Real-time dashboards and HMI views Centralized alarm monitoring Custom reporting Trend analysis and system insights Air quality, temperature, and humidity tracking Energy and load forecasting Integration-ready database powered by Prizm Connect with flexible deployment (cloud, on-prem, hybrid) with secure data storage
-
Can I use PrizmOne without Prizm Connect? No. Prizm Connect is required to aggregate and standardize your BMS and OT data before it can be visualized in PrizmOne. However, Prizm Connect is included at no additional cost when you use PrizmOne — ensuring a seamless, end-to-end solution.
